Help Center

This help center collects the core information users need before and after a conversion: how to select the right route, why a file may be rejected, and what to expect from temporary processing.

How to choose a route

Start with the format you already have, then choose the format you actually need downstream. A good route is defined by use case, not by habit: smaller web images, office compatibility, e-reader support, print delivery, or upload requirements for a target tool.

Why a file may be rejected

A file may be rejected because it does not match the selected source format, exceeds upload limits, uses an unsupported variant, or contains a structure the underlying conversion tool cannot safely process.

  • Wrong route for the actual source file
  • Unsupported subtype or damaged input
  • File too large for the current deployment limit

What happens after upload

After upload, the file enters a queue, is processed by a format-specific toolchain, and becomes available through a temporary result link if conversion succeeds. Tasks and generated files are removed automatically after the retention window expires.
